You are responsible for the quality of the photos. Make sure you take good shots from good angles. We recommend to take at least 20 - 30 photos. Focus in the curb appeal, back yard, kitchen, master bedroom and bath. Think about each shot before you take it.

You will need a digital camera and knowledge about emailing photos. Please use the photo size reduction option that comes with microsoft. Don't send us 30 photos and each photo is 3 mb. You photos won't get to us. We can try to help you over the phone, but if you have very limited knowledge of digital cameras and emailing photos, then it is best to select the "We Take The Photos - Platinum Virtual Tour".

Our billing company is through PayPal. We use state-of-the-art SSL encryption so your credit card information is 100% safe. Once payment is processed with Credit/Debit Card, you will be forwarded to an Information Page where you can provide us details about your Listing(s). If for some reason the Information Page does not load up after your payment is made or if you have ordered multiple tours, then click here now to submit your Listing's information.

When ready, select a Tour package above and click the "Buy Now" button above to pay by credit card or debit card (w/ visa logo).

A new window will load up. If everything looks good, then click the "Proceed To Checkout" button on the page that loads up in a moment. We will also contact you by email if we don't receive your information on your listings or you ordered multiple tours. If you ordered the Gold Tour where you take the photos, then once you have paid email us the photos and listing information to the email address below. If you bought multiple tours, please send photos for each house seperately with that listings information so I can keep track of everything.
