If you are a "Showcase Member" of Realtor.com, then adding your virtual tour to Realtor.com is free.
If you aren't a member, then we can add it for $25.
We have a revolving account set up with Realtor.com to help out our clients.
You would most likely know if you are a "Showcase Member" since they (realtor.com) would be charging you a month member fee.
If you aren't paying monthly to them, you still can add a Virtual Tour to any Listing on their website. They just charge a fee per listing.
Remember that your tour is still listed on the MLS and available for you to promote.
Realtor.com receives a ton of visitors monthly, so this may be a great option to help get your Listing seen.
I suggest emailing me first and I will check to see if you are already a member. Email us your full name and number. If you know you aren't then you can add your tour to Realtor.com below. There is a $25 per listing fee.
